Well, Louisa is definitely in the phase of loving to dress up! She is also very adamant about dressing herself, which she does fairly well. One of my favorite "baby" gifts given to Louisa when she was born is an adorable tutu. I've been waiting for the time when she would want to play with it, well we are there!
