Sewing

I've been dying to learn how to make clothes for my kids and for whatever reason have just been scared to do it.  Well, I finally just decided to go for it and am SO EXCITED!  Here is the first thing I made--a dress for Louisa.  I'm now working on a short all for Chisolm and after that is a bubble for Duke.  I swear, it is so much fun I could do it all day.  And it is surprisingly easy.  It would take me no time at all if I had any time.  Of course, I pretty much only have nap time to do it, so the dress took me a few days instead of a few hours.  But the important thing is that I had a blast making it!  My next step is to learn how to make bishops so I can make dresses to smock.  Can't wait!
