Happy 8 Month Birthday, Chisolm!
I know I say this every month, but WOW, these last 8 months have just flown by! I can't believe what a big boy I have now. Chisolm is so interactive and fun to play with. I really cherish my time with both of my children and feel so fortunate to be able to stay home with them. Louisa continues to go to school 2 mornings a week, so Chisolm and I have those mornings for special Mama/Son bonding time. In some moments it seems like he just got here, in others it seems like his first birthday is just minutes away! So, here's what Chisolm is up to these days:
Today I am 8 months old:
- I have 2 new teeth (finally)!
- I am eating 3 meals a day
- I can get up on my hands and knees, still working on actual crawling, but have the army crawl and inch-worm down pat!
- I am eating puffs and cheerios
- I can drink water from my sippy cup!
- met Santa Claus. I liked him until Sissy started crying, then I did, too...
- celebrated Christmas. What fun, I can't wait until next year!
- celebrated New Years
- Been to the Children's Museum for the first time--thanks Anne and Great-Grandaddy!
