CMOM (The Children's Museum of Memphis)

We would like to send a HUGE thank you to Anne and Great-Grandaddy for the awesome Christmas gift of a year-long membership to the children's museum.  We had not been before, but since Christmas have been, oh, at least twice a week, if not more!  There are so many fun things to do and we have really enjoyed it.  Here are some pictures:

They have the front half of a Fed Ex plane, cockpit and everything!

They have a wind tunnel with a miniature airplane in it.  You can control the amount of air and the airplane to help the children learn about how airplanes can fly.  It is definitely one of Louisa's favorite parts of the children's museum (hard to determine her favorite, it's a pretty cool place!).

Gotta buckle up!

Fishing in the river and shopping at Kroger (seriously, they have working cash registers--you scan your items and get a receipt at the end!)

Checking out the firetruck

and riding on a police motorcycle (Louisa is obsessed with motorcycles!), pretty cool stuff!

Louisa loved being a dental hygenist.  She thought the scrub top was pretty cool and had a great time brushing this crazy monster-guy's teeth,

and well, just using the toothbrush in general (whew--thank goodness she is into tooth-brushing now!)

We have had so much fun and I know we are going to get some really good use out of this membership, thank you soo much, Anne and Great-Grandaddy, this is the best Christmas gift!!
